About My father, Jose Villalpando Sr. started Villa Painting in 1968. In 1977, he changed the business name to Villa & Sons to encourage all his sons (9 sons) to learn his trade. My father handed our five licenses to me and a few of my brothers and today three are still active running business. Villa Prep & Paint is one of the three Licenses. The other two are Villa Painting and Villa & Sons. Within the last 5 years, we have started training our 3rd generation of Villalpando’s. This generation will receive the same schooling that was offered by our father. Each will start learning and working from the bottom. Their first job is washing brushes, folding drop cloths, in time learning the trade, and moving up to management levels. Our goal is to be a provider of Services and long-term needs for Homeowners and Builders. We accomplish this by passing on our work ethics and high standards to each employee. Our employees are treated just like a family member. Our goal is maintain a reputable reputation as a company who can be recognized for our Technical excellence and Indisputable Integrity.
